Making boiled and shredded chicken breasts. Discard bones, if applicable.
Cut the peppers in half lengthwise. Discard the seeds. SLICE and dice into very small pieces.
Combine the chicken, milk, soup, sour cream, pepper and ginger in the crock pot. Cover the crock pot and cook for 6 hours on low.
Divide soup into 8 bowls. Sprinkle with the crispy Oriental noodles on top of each bowl of soup before serving.
